Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KYCReporting.com (the "Site"), purchasing any product from the Site, or downloading any files provided through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site or purchase any products.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rank Stack LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

2. Products and Delivery

KYCReporting.com sells digital products consisting of template document bundles in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, delivered as ZIP archives ("Products"). These are informational template documents intended to assist money services businesses in developing written BSA/AML compliance programs.

Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to a secure download page where you can download your purchased Product. A backup delivery link will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Downloads are made available promptly upon payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Product at any time without prior notice. Material regulatory updates to existing Products will be made available to prior purchasers at no charge.

3. Payment Terms

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge of the listed price to your selected payment method. You represent that you have the legal authority to use the payment method provided.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our Products are digital files that are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds after a download link has been accessed or after 24 hours from purchase, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions are made only for the following:

• You received a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file — we will provide replacement files immediately.
• You were charged more than the listed price due to a technical error — we will refund the difference.
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase — we will refund the duplicate charges.

To request a replacement or report a billing error, contact support@kycreporting.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order confirmation number and a description of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, and the template documents in our Products, is the intellectual property of Rank Stack LLC or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

The regulatory requirements, CFR citations, and FinCEN guidance referenced in our templates are matters of public law and are not owned by Rank Stack LLC. Our original expression, selection, arrangement, and drafting of compliance procedures in template form is proprietary.

6. Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, store, and use the Product for your own business compliance purposes.
• Modify and customize the documents for use within your own business.
• Reproduce modified copies internally for compliance program implementation (e.g., distributing training materials to your employees).

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer any Product to any third party.
• Use any Product as the basis for creating a competing template service or product.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, disclaimers, or attribution in the documents.
• Represent any Product as your own original work or as having been created by a licensed attorney.
• Share download links with parties who have not purchased the Product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Products will satisfy all regulatory requirements applicable to your specific business; (b) regulatory agencies will find your compliance program adequate; (c) the Products are free from errors or omissions; or (d) the Products reflect current law at the time of your use. Federal regulations change. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance program remains current.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANK STACK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REGULATORY PENALTIES, EXAMINATION FINDINGS, BUSINESS DISRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. No Professional Relationship

Your purchase of any Product does not create an attorney-client relationship, accountant-client relationship, compliance consultant relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Rank Stack LLC, KYCReporting.com, or any individual associated with either entity.

We are not responsible for, and make no representations regarding, regulatory examinations, FinCEN enforcement actions, state regulatory actions, bank account decisions, or any other regulatory or business outcome resulting from your use or non-use of these Products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
