Use of the free sheet

You may use and adapt the records worksheet internally for your business. You retain your entries. Do not resell the original worksheet or imply a government or professional endorsement.

Professional responsibilities

Your actual activities and circumstances determine the applicable requirements. The worksheet does not perform risk assessment, training, monitoring, legal analysis, or independent review.

Records workspace setup

The $199 service covers the scope on the workspace setup page. Scope and date are agreed before work. Payment follows preview approval and precedes handoff. One revision and correction of defects reported within 14 days are included. Additional work requires a separate agreement. For a delivery problem, contact RankStack so we can correct it or discuss an appropriate refund; applicable consumer rights remain available.

Records Kit — $19 one-time

The published kit is a digital download for internal use by one business. You may keep backup copies and adapt the workspace internally. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or sublicense the supplied product. Your entries remain yours. Access to the ZIP follows payment verification. No renewal, shared database, automatic reminders, compliance opinion or custom setup is included.
